TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LORETRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loretracker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loretracker operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
